We are looking for a Product Designer II who is passionate about solving complex user problems and creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences. This role is suited for a product designer who has built a strong foundation in product design and is ready to take greater ownership of features, influence product decisions, and contribute to raising the design quality across our products.
In this role, you will independently drive end-to-end feature design while collaborating with a diverse, multicultural team of product designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders. You will help shape financial experiences across multiple global markets by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Beyond execution, you will contribute to evolving our design system, improve design practices, and support the growth of fellow product designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

This role is based in Manila, Philippines and reports directly to the Product Design Lead for the Philippines team.
You will:• Own: Lead end-to-end design of product features from problem framing through delivery and iteration across our B2B and B2C products.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to balance user, business, and technical needs.
- Execute: Drive feature delivery independently by managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Design: Create polished user experiences using the full arsenal of the product design process.
- Validate: Evaluate problem statements and design solutions, identify gaps and opportunities and iterate based on insights.
- Communicate: Present design rationale, customer insights, and write clear, user-friendly interface UX content that improves usability.
- Contribute: Contribute to the evolution of our design system through reusable components, consistency, and purposeful motion design.
- Lead: Support: Contribute to our design practice by supporting junior product designers, sharing knowledge, and driving continuous improvements.

You have:• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience designing digital products that have successfully launched to market, with demonstrated impact on user experience and business outcomes.
- Experience working in fintech, travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or other fast-paced product environments, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from problem framing and customer insights to polished execution, iteration, and measurable product impact across web and mobile experiences.
- Proven experience leading feature-level initiatives independently, applying UX research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design to solve complex user problems.
- Strong knowledge of design systems, with experience contributing reusable components, improving design consistency, and promoting scalable design practices.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with the ability to create production-ready designs, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with experience articulating design rationale, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting the growth of junior designers through feedback or mentorship.
