About the Role

Quantum computing is reshaping the future of cryptography, and this assignment focuses on helping a large organization prepare for that shift. You will join an ongoing initiative that is moving from analysis into a more executive phase, where the current landscape of cryptos and ciphers needs to be mapped, assessed and translated into a clear direction forward.

In this role, you will drive the work from current-state inventory to strategy and roadmap, making sure the result supports both internal requirements and external compliance demands. You will work closely with highly skilled subject matter experts and create the structure needed to move a complex topic forward with clarity and momentum. This is a strong opportunity if you enjoy leading specialists in a technically demanding environment where your work can influence long-term security decisions.

Job Description

  • You will lead a quantum-safe initiative from assessment to execution-oriented planning.
  • You will coordinate and guide a team of subject matter experts within cryptography and related areas.
  • You will structure the work needed to inventory the current state of cryptos and ciphers.
  • You will turn findings into a practical strategy and roadmap aligned with business and compliance needs.
  • You will create clarity across stakeholders and keep the project moving forward in a structured way.
  • You will support decision-making by presenting progress, priorities and next steps at an executive level.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in senior project management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across specialist and stakeholder groups.
  • A structured way of working, with strong focus on planning, follow-up and clear communication.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives that involve multiple experts and dependencies.
  • Ability to drive work from analysis and inventory through to strategy and roadmap.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge of working with cryptos and ciphers.
  • Previous experience working as a project manager in a banking environment.
