2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage development projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to customer acceptance and manufacturing transfer.
- Define and execute project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
- Act as a key interface with engineering teams in Malaysia and other international stakeholders.
- Drive project and knowledge transfer activities between Switzerland and Malaysia.
- Provide technical leadership and challenge technical assumptions when necessary to ensure achievement of project objectives and deadlines.
- Make timely and sound decisions in complex or high-pressure situations.
- Communicate project status, issues, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Act as a deputy to the Product Engineering Manager when required, supporting team coordination, prioritization, and day-to-day decision-making.
