Job Description – Sales Engineer Trainee

Position: Sales Engineer Trainee – Field Sales

Locations: Bhubaneswar, Jharsuguda

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months+ in Field Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Sales Engineer Trainees to drive field sales, develop customer relationships, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
  • Promote technical products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on leads/orders.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Preferred Industry / Product Experience

Candidates with experience in Generators, Motors, Compressors, Pumps, Valves, or Industrial Instruments will be preferred.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of field sales experience.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
