  • Contribute to and use our writing team’s standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Advise and assist other writers, and participate in collaborative content reviews.
  • Continuously find ways to integrate AI into our processes to improve quality, drive velocity, and improve both the customer and writer experience.
  • Help define our team’s strategy and vision while also independently managing your own projects.
  • Advocate for the customer in all aspects of your job.

What You’ll Need:

  • Portfolio of writing samples that clearly communicate technical information in a modern, conversational voice and tone.
  • Excellent writing skills, including thoughtful information hierarchy, great sentence structure, and a conversational yet professional voice.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Exceptional audience analysis, written and verbal communication, and problem solving.
  • Experience exploring a customer’s problem space and addressing their needs through documentation.
  • Curiosity to explore improving authoring workflows and project management processes with AI.

  • Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, or other version control and repository hosting technologies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of topic-based authoring and reusable information architecture.
  • Dedicated user-centric approach to focus on what the customer needs, not what the system does.
  • Strong grasp of user experience fundamentals.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using or creating AI agents and prompts to increase your efficiency and productivity.
