As our Sr. Salesforce Developer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to help strengthen and evolve our unified Salesforce platform for servicing our customers. You’ll have proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud environments. Responsibilities

As our Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud, using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Build and maintain integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Configure, develop, and extend capabilities, including case management, Omni-Channel routing, Flow-based automation, and AI-powered agentic capabilities.
  • Perform releases through sandboxes using automated testing and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and performance issues efficiently.
  • Perform development activities across the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Stay current with Salesforce product updates and releases to proactively assess impacts and identify improvements to the overall platform.
  • Partner with peers to exchange best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the team processes.
  • Create and maintain complete, accurate, and coherent technical documentation for developed solutions and supported applications.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture and development standards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, and platform governance.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, authentication, SSO, and secure data exchange.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes, including Salesforce DX, ADO, CI/CD, and automated deployment tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, including development, sandbox, QA/UAT, and production.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, including sprint planning, refinement, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data models and servicing capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Experience working in the financial services or servicing operations industries is desirable
