We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to its continued growth.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders;
- Translate high-level goals into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
- Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with product managers;
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams;
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities;
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
- Support QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination;
- Help define and track key metrics and KPIs for product success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment;
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements;
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience working closely with developers, designers, and product managers;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.;
- Familiarity with API documentation, data flows, UML diagrams, and BPMN;
- Very good English language written and verbal communication skills (min. B2 level).
Nice to have:
- Experience in domains such as FinTech, SaaS, AI/ML, or IoT;
- Technical background or understanding of software architecture is a plus;
- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
- Product ownership or pre-sales support experience.
