Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Position Summary:
The Business Intelligence Lead provides strategic leadership for all reporting, analytics, and data governance activities across Banking and Payments. This role directs the reporting strategy, oversees a global team, and ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of regulatory, operational, and product reporting. It acts as the central authority for data quality, controls, and insight generation that support senior decision making and operational stability. As the long term owner of the reporting roadmap, this position provides continuity, protects institutional knowledge, and ensures alignment with enterprise data standards and governance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of applicable experience
- Advanced Tableau development skills including complex calculations, data blending, performance optimization, and executive‑ready visual design
- Strong hands on experience building Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, automation, and repeatable reporting processes
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, validate data quality, and work across large datasets
- Solid understanding of data modelling, relational databases, and structured data pipelines
- Ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable reporting products that support business, operational, and regulatory needs
- Strong data quality and data governance discipline including validation controls, lineage, and reconciliation processes
- Analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and convert data into actionable insights
- Ability to gather requirements, priorities reporting needs, and work effectively with Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance stakeholders

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
