Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its growing team. This position is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects supporting sports, entertainment, venues, hospitality, ticketing, food and beverage, and event operations. The IT Project Manager acts as the central coordination point across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and operational partners to ensure projects are structured, executable, and aligned to business priorities. This role supports the delivery of technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, guest experience, reporting, scheduling, point-of-sale, ticketing, and event management capabilities.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting sports, entertainment, venue, hospitality, ticketing, food and beverage, and event operations
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and decision tracking
  • Coordinate discovery, planning, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and operational readiness activities
  • Maintain project cadence, documentation, and accountability across workstreams

Requirements & Implementation

  • Coordinate requirements gathering across business, IT, vendor, and operational teams
  • Document business requirements, process impacts, integration needs, reporting requirements, and operational constraints
  • Manage open questions, configuration needs, dependencies, and process gaps through resolution
  • Ensure system deployments support business continuity, customer experience, and event readiness

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, decision forums, and executive updates
  • Align venue operations, event management, ticketing, hospitality, finance, IT, and vendor partners on priorities and timelines
  • Communicate progress, risks, issues, and decisions clearly to sponsors, stakeholders, and workstream leads
  • Support teams in resolving cross-functional dependencies, blockers, and ownership gaps

Governance, Reporting & Risk

  • Maintain project governance, reporting cadence, project controls, and delivery documentation
  • Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and action items
  • Escalate material issues with clear impacts, recommendations, and decision requirements
  • Drive mitigation actions with accountable owners, target dates, and follow-through

What We Look For

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-functional projects across business and technology teams
  • Experience managing technology projects in sports, entertainment, venues, hospitality, ticketing, food and beverage, or event management environments is an asset
  • Experience with venue, hospitality, food and beverage, ticketing, or event management systems is an asset, including R365, EventPro, Ticketmaster, Fishbowl, Toast, 7Shifts, and OpenTable
  • Strong understanding of business operations, IT environments, vendor coordination, integrations, reporting, and cross-functional delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage project plans, workstream plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive accountability, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum across multiple teams
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, structure, and follow-through
  • Ability to independently manage multiple activities and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Planner, Excel, Teams, and related project delivery tools is an asset
