Full description

In this role, you are part of the Sales Operations team within the Commercial Steering organization, supporting Dennemeyer’s Global Sales team selling high-quality IP services to clients across the world.

The charter of the team is to support the Salesforce users and execute the administrative tasks to ensure the Salesforce system keeps running smoothly. In addition, the team is continuously improving the system by implementing processes that make the sales organization more efficient and effective as well as working on the overall data architecture of Dennemeyer with integrating and linking Salesforce to other back-end systems.

You will work on

  • Implementing new technical solutions to further leverage the usage of our Salesforce CRM
  • Management of daily support requests (creation of users, modification of users settings, etc.)
  • Responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with various users and possibly with managers.
  • Helping/conducting user training for new functions and support with the introduction of features
  • Support in the development and maintenance of the documentation of processes, guidelines, and the Salesforce system documentation
  • Supporting users in creating and updating Salesforce records, importing and exporting data, and creating and modifying reports and dashboards

You have

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • a Salesforce Administrator certificate
  • experience in working with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Engage
  • ability to work in matrixed organization that needs alignment with local and global leadership
  • fluency in English and strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, HTML
  • Intellectual Property industry knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
