Job Description
The Account Cyber Lead (ACL) is the primary cybersecurity governance and risk management leader for assigned client account(s). The ACL is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, incident oversight, and cyber awareness activities across all delivery towers and service lines supporting the account.
Acting as a trusted advisor to account leadership, delivery teams, and client stakeholders, the ACL ensures that cybersecurity risks are identified, managed, reported, and remediated in accordance with Capgemini policies, client contractual obligations, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role drives continual improvement of the account's cybersecurity posture throughout the full account lifecycle while enabling secure business delivery and maintaining client trust.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management & Compliance
Drive cybersecurity risk management and compliance across the account by ensuring alignment with Capgemini policies, contractual commitments, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Own and maintain the Account Cyber Risk Register.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and track cybersecurity risks impacting the account.
- Ensure compliance with Capgemini cybersecurity policies, standards, and control requirements.
- Govern adherence to client contractual cybersecurity obligations and security provisions.
- Track and drive remediation of security findings, compliance gaps, vulnerabilities, and audit observations.
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
- Oversee supplier and third-party cyber risk management activities within the account.
- Provide regular cyber risk and compliance reporting to account and cybersecurity leadership.
