Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Microservices Developer to join our dynamic IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems that power our core business applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern Java frameworks and event-driven architectures, ensuring high availability and performance for our digital solutions. Responsibilities

  • Architect, code, and deploy robust microservices using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Design and implement asynchronous communication patterns and event streaming solutions utilizing Apache Kafka.
  • Develop and integrate enterprise service buses and message routing logic using Apache Camel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing and code refactoring.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices for clean code and system security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within distributed systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal user experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and consuming Kafka-based event streams.
  • Practical knowledge of Apache Camel for integration patterns and data transformation.
