We are looking for a Security DevOps Engineer to design and run secure development and deployment environments for our R&D projects. You will embed security into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and the software supply chain across cloud, on-premises, and lab environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and development environments
  • Integrate automated security controls into build, test, release, and deployment workflows
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code and secure, repeatable deployment patterns
  • Manage secrets, certificates, credentials, and access controls across environments
  • Integrate vulnerability scanning, container scanning, and related security tooling
  • Support software supply-chain security, SBOM generation, and provenance controls
  • Harden operating systems, containers, orchestration platforms, and cloud services
  • Prepare technical sections for R&D deliverables and security documentation

  • DevSecOps and secure software development lifecycle practices
  • Infrastructure as code and policy-as-code approaches
  • Continuous vulnerability management and automated security testing
  • Secure software supply-chain and artefact-management practices

Deliverables

  • Secure and automated development, test, and deployment pipelines
  • Infrastructure-as-code, hardening baselines, and operational documentation
  • Automated security checks, vulnerability reports, and SBOMs
  • Contributions to R&D project deliverables and integration reports

Skills & Experience

  • Background in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or cybersecurity engineering
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms, containers, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience integrating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, or vulnerability management
  • Understanding of Linux, networking, identity and access management, and system hardening
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid, on-premises, or isolated development environments
  • Relevant cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, or security certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to complete a government security clearance process

Salary range:

€4600-6500 gross/monthly (full-time).Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
