Full description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud Operations), you will be responsible for building, automating and operating secure, scalable AWS cloud environments for censhare. You will drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring and observability while ensuring high availability, performance and reliability of customer environments. You will also support censhare Cloud and Classic products in AWS and act as the key technical point of contact for Sales in the US region.

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a cloud operations role, with a strong focus on AWS infrastructure and automation.
  • You have expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda and CloudWatch.
  • You have advanced proficiency with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins to streamline and optimize workflows.
  • You have deep expertise with observability tools, including Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
  • You have hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/NKP) and related tools like Helm and Istio for managing containerized environments.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • You have a strong interest in becoming proficient in installing and managing censhare Classic and Cloud products
  • You will build and implement new development tools and infrastructure to support scalable, secure and highly available AWS cloud environments.
  • You will automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines for operational workflows such as system updates, patch management and configuration validation, using tools like Git and GitLab.
  • You will develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to monitor performance, identify anomalies, and enable proactive troubleshooting.
  • You will optimize resource usage, cost and performance across AWS environments with tools like AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor.
  • You will maintain and operate censhare Cloud and Classic products in AWS environments and serve as the Point of Contact for Sales in the US region
  • You will manage system changes, resolve critical incidents and monitor customer environments to ensure maximum uptime.
