Senior React Developer with NX and AI

You will be:

• developing and maintaining modern web applications,

• designing and implementing scalable and reusable frontend solutions,

• building user-friendly and maintainable interfaces,

• collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions,

• contributing to frontend architecture and technical decision-making,

• ensuring application quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement,

• improving development processes, code quality, and overall developer experience,

• using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Your profile:

• strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript,

• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,

• hands-on experience with the latest React version and React Compiler,

• experience working with NX, pnpm, and Vite,

• strong knowledge of MUI and Emotion,

• experience building and documenting reusable components with Storybook,

• practical experience with React Hook Form and Zod or Superstruct,

• experience with TanStack Query and Zustand,

• strong testing experience with Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright,

• familiar with modern frontend development tools such as ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Commitizen, and Commitlint,

• hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude,

• understand effective AI-assisted development workflows across planning, implementation, code review, and testing,

• understand MCP (Model Context Protocol), its benefits, and relevant use cases,

• understand the differences between AI models, including their capabilities and costs, and can select the appropriate model depending on the use case.

Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
