Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a sharp and driven Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team in Woodlawn, MD. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of technology and business strategy, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements from key stakeholders
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for technical improvement and optimization
  • Develop detailed use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to drive alignment and consensus
  • Support UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking and resolution
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical background
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system integration
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports using SQL or similar tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification preferred
