Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional product operations initiatives and operational improvement efforts.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning processes, including roadmap alignment, capacity planning, and dependency tracking.
  • Monitor and report on key product delivery metrics, portfolio health indicators, and operational KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting artifacts.
  • Ensure data quality and adherence to established governance standards within Azure DevOps and related tools.
  • Facilitate operational reviews and portfolio governance meetings.
  • Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Agile leadership to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support tool administration, process documentation, and adoption of best practices.
  • Project Management on moderate or complex agile delivery projects, including responsibility for coordinating schedules, planning, and risk management
  • Drive follow-up and accountability for action items resulting from planning sessions, governance reviews, and leadership meetings.
  • Remove impediments when possible, escalate when necessary

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Operations, PMO, or a related discipline
  • Software Development Project Experience required
  • College degree or project management certification required
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $105,000 - $112,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
