A large organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through accurate planning, analysis, and strategic support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide insights to management on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support decision-making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA are a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years focused on FP&A.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
