Key responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance to cGMP and Safety regulations.
- To ensure compliance to maintenance of process/ HVAC/Water system Equipment as per SOP
- To ensure smooth plant operation and manpower scheduling.
- To identify critical spares, procurement and its inventory.
- To review preventive maintenance records.
- Periodic review of breakdowns and its short term and long term plans.
- To ensure compliance of calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment’s, water system and HVAC etc.
- Support to validation team for periodic validation of process equipment’s.
- Follow up for AMC services like UPS.
- Review and maintain SAP work order to Process equipment's.
- Any other job assigned by Reporting Manager/HOD from time to time.
- Participation in all audits and responsible for compliance and response to records of process equipment’s.
