Associate Product Manager — Service (Client Operations)

Ebury Valencia Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Do you want to own a product at the centre of how Ebury serves its clients - and shape how it connects to everything around it? Do you look at a manual process and immediately picture how it could be automated?

If you are result oriented, a problem solver hungry to learn more, then Ebury is the place for you!

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the Service product area within Client Operations, reporting directly into the domain product lead. Service is where our teams handle the client queries that can't yet be automated. You will own it end to end - but the ambition goes further than running a great support platform: you'll connect Service to the rest of Ebury's operational systems and shape how the work flowing through it can be simplified and, over time, automated.

What you’ll do

Product Vision & Strategy

  • You will own the Service product area end to end - the why, the what, and the how - reporting directly into the Client Operations domain product lead.
  • You will set the long-term vision: how Service connects to the rest of Ebury's operational platforms, not just how it runs today.
  • You will learn how operational processes actually run, map them, and identify what can be standardised and automated over time.

Execution & Delivery

  • You will define clear outcomes and requirements for Engineering, your key stakeholder - the what and the why, not the how - and drive high-quality delivery through the full cycle.
  • You will set the success metrics for Service, track them, and let data drive what you prioritise and how you measure impact.
  • You will work across teams to connect the service platform to Ebury's wider operational systems, using automation and AI as tools to remove manual work where they earn their place.
  • You will stay grounded in a support-operations context - cases, routing, SLAs - as the starting point, always asking how the work connects to the wider platform.
  • You will gather feedback from the teams and clients you serve, run your Show & Tell, and be the go-to person for your product.

What you’ll need

  • We're not looking for someone to simply keep a support desk running. We need a product thinker who sees the whole system.
  • Product Management: Minimum 2 years in Product for a fintech or SaaS business, launching and improving real products OR a strong operations / consulting background focused on process or service transformation, now moving into product.
  • Systems thinking: you understand how platforms and processes connect, and you design for the long term rather than the next ticket.
  • A process-to-automation instinct: you can map how a manual process runs today and see where it can be simplified or automated.
  • Comfort with case-management or CRM platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Intercom or similar) as context for the work - not as the core of the role.
  • Metric-driven: you set baselines, define targets, and let the numbers - not opinions - decide what to build and whether it worked.
  • Comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to work faster and sharpen your thinking.
  • Strong cross-functional influence across engineering and operations.

Why Ebury?

  • Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonus that truly rewards your performance from day one.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.
  • Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.
  • Dynamic & Supportive Culture: Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and personal growth are prioritized.
  • Generous Benefits Package: Access competitive benefits tailored to your location, which typically include health care and social benefits.
  • Central Office: A fantastic location with excellent transport links.
