Technical Delivery Manager

Important Information

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

Drive and support the delivery of Private Banking (PB) technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.

Act as the primary liaison and proxy for the PB GMET Development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with TAP platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project governance, reporting, and delivery management.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and their impact on project outcomes.

Coordinate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Lead project planning, status, and governance meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.

Allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful delivery.

Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Track project progress, manage changes in scope, and ensure delivery commitments are met.

Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management across stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

Experience in technology delivery management

Experience in Temenos TAP platform

Understanding of Project SDLC

Experience in MS project software

Experience on Temenos Wealthsuite products such as oData, TAP Core will be a plus
