Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and successful delivery of software products. The Product Manager will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, design, QA, and leadership teams to identify product opportunities, define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure products deliver measurable business and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, product releases, and UAT.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance.
  • Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, roadmap, backlog, and requirements management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
  • Technical/software product experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B/SaaS, enterprise software, AI/Data, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Aha!, or similar product-management platforms.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture.
  • Experience with product analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working directly with customers and conducting product demos.
  • Technical background or experience working with engineering teams is a plus.
