About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead technical business analysis activities across complex technology initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, analyse business needs, design solution options and support successful delivery outcomes. You will play a key role in enabling technology solutions that improve services for ACC customers while contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

The appointing salary for this role is $108,437 to $131,077 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.

  • Technical business analysis experience within a complex IT environment.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis and solution design capability.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Experience translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, projects and technology teams.
  • You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
