ENGAWAでは、AnyMind Groupのクロスボーダー事業推進を担い、中華圏の大手ゲーム企業の日本市場展開を支援するプロジェクトマネージャーのアルバイト・パートタイムを募集しています。 ゲームのローンチやキャンペーンの企画・進行を、日中の多拠点チームと連携しながら推進いただくポジションです。 言語力とビジネススキルを活かし、国境を越えた価値創出に挑戦できます。

■業務内容

  • クライアントとの折衝および要件整理
  • 日本市場向けプロモーション施策の企画および実行管理
  • 香港オフィスを含む社内外メンバーとの連携、調整業務
  • プロジェクトのスケジュール管理、KPI設計、レポーティング

■必須要件

  • 中国語（ネイティブレベル）および日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
  • Tencent、NetEaseなど中国大手ゲームのプレイ経験
  • 多様な関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトを円滑に進められるスキル

■歓迎要件

  • 広告・マーケティング業界での業務経験
  • ゲーム業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • インフルエンサーマーケティングやローカライズの知見
