YOUR IMPACT
The Senior Program Manager, Professional Services Market Readiness, owns the Market Readiness operating plan and execution for their respective region or program. The role translates global strategy into high-quality sales-focused programs. Core accountability: orchestrate offer launches, seller and partner enablement, and asset localization to raise Services attach, accelerate conversion, and create a predictable, scalable GTM engine in the Americas.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Program Leadership & Execution
- Own the Market Readiness programs and calendar across offers for your region or program.
- Apply standardized offer launch frameworks and Sales readiness checklists.
- Plan and deliver regional enablement and events with focused messaging and targeted actions.
- Stand up repeatable mechanisms for pilot to scale, leveraging A/B tests and field feedback to harden narratives and tools.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Run live clinics, workshops, and scalable enablement assets that equip sellers and partners to win.
- Coordinate with Partner GTM/SAP alliance teams to activate partner led motions
- Provide presales acceleration on priority pursuits by curating the right playbooks, references, and objection handling content.
Content Localization & Asset Governance
- Localize global messaging and assets for regional Sales teams ensuring version control, brand compliance, and accessibility within seller workflows.
- Partner with PS Offer Management and Marketing to produce high‑impact one-pagers, playbooks, battlecards, PPT decks, and client ‑facing collateral.
- Drive asset usage in the field, iterate messaging and copy based on feedback and in-market success.
Field Feedback & Insights
- Operate structured feedback loops with Services Leaders, Sales Leaders, and Partner Managers to capture objections, gaps, and wins.
- Convert insights into roadmap inputs for Offer Management and into updates for messaging, demos, and enablement.
- Maintain a win/loss repository tied to narrative and asset efficacy.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and run dashboards for attach rate, conversion uplift, deal velocity, certification completion, asset engagement, and time to readiness.
- Report weekly on program status and blockers, run monthly performance reviews, contribute to quarterly global GTM planning.
- Define success metrics and experiment designs for each program, track pilot adoption and time to impact.
Operating Rhythm & Stakeholder Management
- Weekly: global sync and sprint reviews; asset delivery stand‑ups.
- Bi‑weekly: field enablement clinics and content refresh prioritization.
- Monthly: partner GTM alignment and dashboard reviews with regional PS Sales leadership.
- Quarterly: activity calendar with commit and stakeholder review, inputs to global planning.
- Annually: strategy refresh, partner value proposition updates, incubation plans for emerging practices.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years in enterprise software/services in program management, product marketing, or enablement.
- 3+ years leading regional GTM programs.
- Proven ability to bring new services or solutions to market and scale enablement with field sales teams.
- Familiarity with professional service business model or information management market preferred.
- Demonstrated partner ecosystem experience (SAP/GSIs) and joint GTM planning.
- Strong storytelling, facilitation, and executive ready communication with a high bar for message clarity.
- Data driven and skilled with Salesforce, enablement platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau / Power BI).
Success will be measured by:
- Sales Readiness: Services attach rate %, conversion rate uplift, certification completion, deal velocity.
- Asset Engagement: Views/downloads, shelf life, utilization per rep.
- Program Velocity: Time to launch, pilot to scale time, campaign adoption rate.
- Field Feedback: Seller NPS, partner satisfaction, feedback volume and closure time.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $118,000 - $168,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
