Our client is seeking a Product Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines. This role will support internal teams and customers by providing technical product expertise, driving product initiatives, and helping ensure product success across a national and global market. This is not a sales role, but a highly visible position that serves as the go-to technical resource for product-related questions and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned product lines.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to internal teams and customers.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements and new product initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product strategy and business objectives.
- Develop product documentation, training materials, and technical resources.
- Conduct market and product analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support product launches, customer training, and ongoing product education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in product management, engineering, technical support, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable serving as the technical expert for customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
