About the Role

Join a small team building an AI-powered enterprise contracting platform as its first product manager. You will own product strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with engineering and customer-facing legal specialists to take the product from zero to one.

What You'll Do

  • Set product strategy and roadmap, making clear decisions about what to build, what to defer, and why.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal specialists working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Partner with engineering to scope and plan delivery, adapting team workflows for AI-assisted development.
  • Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and rapidly prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Build the product function from the ground up, including prioritization, documentation, launches, and success measurement.
  • Use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data, including funnels and cohorts.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to ten years of product management experience in AI-focused engineering teams, with ownership of product roadmaps.
  • Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products into production and working with agentic systems, including evaluations, latency, context, and model behavior.
  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI-native companies, with experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product manager.
  • Strong technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineers. Experience prototyping with AI developer tools is important.
  • Experience developing customer-facing products beyond internal tools, HR workflows, or APIs and integrations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in New York City, New York. Candidates must be able to work on-site without relocation assistance.
