Job Description
- You will develop and maintain backend services and supporting components in a cloud-native environment.
- You will take an active role in running services in production and improving availability, reliability, and performance.
- You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in distributed systems.
- You will strengthen observability through logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting.
- You will automate operational tasks and improve deployment and operational processes.
- You will contribute to root cause analysis and implement measures that reduce recurring incidents.
- You will work closely with developers, architects, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the service.
- You will take ownership of issues end-to-end and help drive them through to resolution.
Requirements
- You have strong experience in software development with Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- You have solid experience working with AWS.
- You are comfortable with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- You have experience with containers and cloud-native technologies.
- You have worked with monitoring, logging, and observability.
- You are skilled in troubleshooting production issues in distributed systems.
- You have experience with automation and scripting.
- You are used to Git and modern software development practices.
- You communicate clearly in English.
