Full description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer to translate marketing and transformation priorities into clear plans, decisions, timelines, owners, and follow-through.
- Manage the operating rhythm of the team, including leadership meetings, business reviews, goal and KPI tracking, planning cycles, progress updates, and executive decision forums.
- Design and execute medium to large cross-functional project plans--ensuring scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets are clear and actively managed.
- Anticipate downstream impacts early; escalate thoughtfully and help teams remove barriers before momentum slows.
- Develop concise, compelling narratives, executive decks, updates, and talking points that communicate strategy, progress, decisions, and business impact.
- Champion the use of AI across the team--acting as an early adopter and power user of emerging AI tools to improve productivity and elevate work quality. Share best practices and coach to help build a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive associate engagement and culture initiatives, analyzing employee feedback to strengthen a culture of learning, recognition and camaraderie.
- Build and maintain key project documentation, integrated calendars, status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and follow-up mechanisms that keep leaders and stakeholders aligned.
- Strengthen budget discipline by partnering with Marketing and Finance leaders on planning, tracking, forecasting, reporting, variance management, and decision support.
- Coordinate legal, compliance, records, risk, and governance requirements so teams can move efficiently while meeting appropriate standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret dashboards, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with proven ability to reach an audience through effective presentations and strong storytelling with ability to turn complex information into executive-ready materials.
- Thought leader with ability to drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer and collaborate with others to solve problems creatively.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on developing processes and identifying best practices and efficiencies.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to quickly put structure around complex work, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience working with budgets, resource planning, or campaign tracking systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Copilot premium (or related AI tools) and project, workflow, or collaboration management tools.
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage leaders, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Outstanding partnership and influence skills, with the judgment and confidence to work across levels, functions, and working styles.
- Strong problem-solving instincts, including the ability to identify risks, connect dots, simplify ambiguity, and recommend practical paths forward.
- High energy, strong personal accountability, discretion, and resilience; comfortable working at fast pace and adapting as priorities evolve.
- Hands-on, low-ego style with the willingness to do what is needed to help the team succeed, from strategic problem solving to tactical execution.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field and a minimum of 3 years in project management for strategy or marketing areas within large organization.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working for high performing marketing organization or previous chief of staff. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
