Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What you'll do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead our Product-Led Growth (PLG) Onboarding & Adoption strategy. You will own the critical "first-mile" experience for millions of users—designing seamless activation loops, driving deep feature adoption, and radically accelerating Time-to-Value (TTV). This is not a traditional "feature delivery" PM role. We are looking for a high-agency, self-starting builder who treats product adoption like a science. You will operate at the intersection of UX, engineering, data science, and cross-functional go-to-market teams to remove user friction, test bold hypotheses, and leverage modern AI capabilities to deliver hyper-personalized user journeys at scale. If you thrive on owning outcomes over outputs, operating across organizational boundaries, and moving key metrics like Activation Rate, Feature Adoption, and Retention—this role is for you. You’ll have the autonomy, high-leverage ownership, and resources to build growth experiences that touch millions of users. If you're excited to push the boundaries of modern PLG using AI and experimentation, we’d love to talk to you.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management – Product-Led Growth.
Responsibility
- Define and execute a visionary PLG roadmap focused on getting users to their "Aha!" moment as fast as possible
- Uncover friction points across user journeys and build scalable, product-led mechanisms that turn casual users into power users
- Identify and deploy cutting-edge AI capabilities to build context-aware, personalized growth experiences
- Act as a force multiplier across the company—partnering effortlessly with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Data Science, and Customer Success to clear roadblocks and execute fast
- Establish a high-velocity experiment roadmap. Plan, execute, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize funnels
- Own key growth performance indicators including Time-to-Value (TTV), Activation Rate, Retention, and Feature Adoption Depth
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. - Experience actively using and exploring AI tools and frameworks, viewing generative AI and ML not as buzzwords, but as core tools to personalize user journeys and rethink traditional onboarding paradigms
- Experience in quantitative product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, etc.) and qualitative synthesis to back up intuition with data and clearly articulate the "why" behind your metrics
- Experience communicating vision, building cross-functional alignment without formal authority, and translating complex customer insights into actionable engineering tasks
Preferred
- Master's degree
- Care deeply about solving real human problems and reducing cognitive load for users trying to get work done
