About Us 🚀
Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property finance. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.
We’re now five years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over three-quarters of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.
Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, 2025 Finder People’s Choice Award for Lending Innovation, finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies, Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 2025, and being recognised as one of LinkedIn’s top 20 Start Ups in Australia 2025.
The role
We're looking for a Product Manager (HubSpot) to become the owner of Bridgit's HubSpot platform.
HubSpot has become a critical business capability that underpins how we attract, manage, engage and retain both brokers and borrowers. As our business has grown, so has the complexity of the platform. What was once a marketing and CRM tool is now deeply integrated into our lending platform, customer journeys, sales operations and distribution workflows.
This role exists to provide clear ownership of HubSpot across the business. You'll be responsible for the platform strategy, roadmap, governance, administration and ongoing evolution, ensuring HubSpot continues to scale with Bridgit as we grow.
You'll work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Operations and Engineering to ensure HubSpot remains a reliable, well-governed platform that enables exceptional customer experiences while supporting internal teams with high-quality data, automation and insights.
What you'll do
- Own the HubSpot platform-setting the vision, roadmap, governance and priorities for one of Bridgit's most important business systems.
- Act as the platform owner and subject matter expert-becoming the go-to person for how HubSpot should be configured, extended and governed across the organisation.
- Design, build and maintain solutions directly within HubSpot, including workflows, automations, pipelines, custom objects, properties, forms, lists, reports, dashboards, sequences and lifecycle management. Ensure the platform remains scalable, well governed and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Own the integration between HubSpot and Darla, defining how customer, broker and loan information flows throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Drive CRM strategy across the business, ensuring Marketing, Sales, Distribution and Operations are working from a single, trusted customer view.
- Improve data quality and governance, including lifecycle management, deduplication, data standards and platform health.
- Develop automation and engagement capabilities, enabling smarter lead management, customer journeys, broker communications and reactivation campaigns.
- Partner with Engineering where custom development is required, owning all native HubSpot configuration while collaborating on APIs, integrations, custom UI extensions and functionality that sits outside the HubSpot platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility and customer outcomes through better use of HubSpot.
- Define and monitor platform success metrics, ensuring HubSpot continues to deliver measurable business value.
- Lead continuous improvement, balancing new capabilities, operational improvements and technical debt.
- Own hands-on HubSpot development, configuring new capabilities, implementing business requirements, and continuously improving platform functionality without relying on engineering for standard HubSpot configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve platform issues across workflows, automations, reporting, integrations and data synchronisation, escalating to Engineering only where custom code or platform defects are involved.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, CRM Platform Management or a similar role.
- Significant hands-on experience building, configuring and administering HubSpot, including workflows, automations, sequences, custom objects, properties, reporting, dashboards and CRM architecture within a growing organisation.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and CRM capabilities.
- Experience defining CRM strategy, governance and platform roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, integrations, automation and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on integrations and platform enhancements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across commercial, marketing and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, build and deliver complex HubSpot solutions while also defining the long-term platform roadmap.
Success in this role looks like:
- HubSpot becomes a trusted, scalable business platform rather than a collection of disconnected workflows.
- New business requirements are delivered rapidly through native HubSpot configuration where possible.
- Marketing, Sales and Distribution teams have confidence in the platform and data.
- Integrations with Darla are reliable and well governed.
- Engineering is only engaged for genuine custom development rather than day-to-day HubSpot administration.
Bonus points for
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with custom HubSpot integrations and APIs.
- Experience implementing CRM governance frameworks.
- Background in fintech, lending or financial services.
- Experience managing customer data platforms or marketing technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with product analytics and customer lifecycle optimisation.
Our culture and benefits
Bridgit values its team – they’re the heart of how we build this business. Along with competitive remuneration, a great office in Sydney, and the chance to be part of an innovative, fast-moving fintech, we also offer:
- Extra leave – birthday leave plus an additional day of paid leave for life events, celebrations, or a mental health reset.
- Two weeks from anywhere – work remotely from a location of your choice for two weeks each year.
- Learning and development – all team members are encouraged and empowered to engage in professional development, including internal learning initiatives.
- Social events – a jam-packed social scene with events throughout the year to bring the team together.
