We are hiring on behalf of our client, an international iGaming technology company providing platform solutions for operators across multiple markets.
The company develops its own casino and sportsbook platform, along with payment and affiliate products, and is now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of its core Player Account Management (PAM) platform.
This is a senior product leadership role with significant influence across the business. The PAM platform is at the heart of the company’s ecosystem, processes millions of transactions daily, and supports multiple partners in real time.
What you’ll do
- Own the long-term product vision and strategy for the PAM/core platform
- Define how the platform should evolve and lead its development
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap and key product investments
- Lead and mentor a small product team
- Work closely with a large cross-functional Core team, including Engineering, QA and Product
- Partner with Engineering on scalable, flexible and high-quality platform development
- Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance and Operations
- Use customer feedback, market insights, competitor analysis and product data to guide priorities
- Help strengthen the platform’s position in Tier-1 regulated iGaming markets
- Track product performance and business impact through relevant KPIs
What we’re looking for
- Strong Product Management experience within iGaming
- Hands-on experience with Player Account Management (PAM) or a comparable core iGaming platform
- Previous product leadership / people management experience
- Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for complex software platforms
- Strong ability to work with and influence Engineering teams
- Understanding of the wider iGaming platform ecosystem and its core components
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good English communication skills
Strong advantage
- B2B iGaming platform experience
- Experience with regulated iGaming markets
- Experience scaling complex platform products
- Exposure to PAM domains such as Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, Responsible Gaming, Risk & Fraud, KYC or Back Office
- Demonstrable product or business impact through platform growth, adoption, revenue, operational improvements or other measurable outcomes
Team & impact
You’ll report directly to the CPO, manage a small product team, and work closely with approximately 30 specialists across the Core organisation.
This is an opportunity to own one of the company’s most strategically important products and directly influence how its core platform develops over the next several years.

This is a hybrid / office-based position. Candidates should be based in one of the following locations:
- Limassol, Cyprus
- Tbilisi, Georgia
- Yerevan, Armenia
- London, UK
