Your Role, Your Impact

  • Oversee scalable engineering solutions for large, multi-disciplinary rail projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated project outcomes.
  • Ensure reliability and safety by implementing rigorous quality assurance and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within engineering teams, mentoring future leaders and building technical excellence.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with professional engineering accreditation preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management, ideally within rail, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering, project management tools, and relevant industry standards (e.g., CENELEC, ISO, PMBOK).
  • Deep understanding of project delivery, risk management, and lifecycle cost optimization in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward ambitious goals.
