Full description

We are looking for System Analysts to join one of our teams - Core Banking Systems, Customer Care, and others. This role involves active participation in the full product development lifecycle, from initial idea to launch. The specialist will be responsible for designing technical solutions, including architecture, APIs, and data models, as well as creating clear technical specifications for development teams.

Challenges that await you:

  • Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless user journey
  • Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
  • Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
  • Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development
  • Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
  • Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
  • Finding solutions for complex issues on production
  • End-to-end product development requirements management

What makes you a great fit:

  • 2+ years of experience as System Analyst
  • Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
  • UML/BPMN experienced
  • Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
  • REST/gRPC models knowledge
  • Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
  • Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch
  • Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills
  • Basic SQL skills
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

  • Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns
  • Experience working with Kafka
