Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Tester to lead and drive quality assurance activities across complex Salesforce implementations. The role involves validating end‑to‑end business processes, custom configurations, and integrations, while ensuring high‑quality delivery across agile release cycles. In testing and quality assurance at PwC, you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area, you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
- Lead functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design and oversee test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for complex features
- Execute and/or guide manual and automation testing, ensuring optimal test coverage
- Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, automation, reports, and third‑party integrations
- Drive defect management, including triage, root cause analysis, and retesting
- Support SIT, UAT, and production readiness, acting as a quality gatekeeper
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices
- Collaborate closely with developers, admins, business analysts, and stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce automation frameworks and/or AI‑powered testing tools
- Salesforce certifications or ISTQB certification
