Job Title - Financial Analyst – Sr Associate

General Purpose: Conducts activities as an individual contributor in support of small to medium projects/functions or small to medium business units. Assignments provide exposure to fundamental financial concepts /issues/ activities. 

Essential Functions: •    Functions as financial analyst and key business partner with assigned client group(s) / segment of the organization. •    Design and run new report as required by management using systems like OneStream, Power BI, SAP BO and Excel •    Preparation of sales commission calculation and timely submission before payroll deadline •    Submission of weekly sales/order data in consolidation system for weekly reporting •    Liaise with commercial and channel development teams and report on performance of dealers, market managers •    Support local finance controller and commercial controller in margin model analysis •    Review and analyse monthly results, investigate discrepancies/unusual variances, and support the team(s) on issues and enquiries •    Collect/validate data and assist in the organization. •    Check and improve data/report accuracy as needed •    Timely and accurate monthly, quarterly management report generation and distribution •    Assignments are sometimes time sensitive and non-routine in nature, requiring basic understanding of accounting/ finance and business fundamentals. •    Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements    :         •    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance/ MBA/ ICWA/CA •    Minimum 4 - 6 years professional financial analysis experience. •    Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. •    Must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and experience communicating with international teams. •    Highly-developed analytical skills necessary to analyze problems, data relationships and generate new ideas and solutions. •    Demonstrated ability to identify, define and resolve problems / projects / programs.
