This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista DevOps Sênior - Desenvolvedor based in Brazil.

As a Senior DevOps Developer, you will play a strategic role in evolving cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices across the organization.You will work extensively with Microsoft Azure, designing and optimizing reliable, secure, and scalable environments.The role combines software development, automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous delivery practices.You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex technical challenges and align technology with business needs.A strong focus will be placed on improving operational efficiency through automation and continuous optimization.You will also support other teams, sharing expertise and helping strengthen cloud and DevOps capabilities.This is a fully remote opportunity suited to a proactive senior professional who enjoys solving problems and driving technical improvements.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, optimize, and continuously improve DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.

• Provide technical guidance to teams using Azure cloud resources, helping resolve challenges and adopt effective cloud practices.

• Diagnose complex technical issues across Azure environments and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

• Drive the continuous evolution of DevOps practices, processes, and tooling across the organization.

• Develop applications, automation solutions, and infrastructure components that improve cloud operations and delivery efficiency.

• Work daily with Azure technologies while ensuring the reliability, availability, performance, and security of cloud services.

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and agile teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Support teams with technical questions and challenges related to cloud infrastructure, development, deployment, and automation.

• Apply security and networking best practices when designing and operating cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience working with Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices.

• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure Pipelines.

• Experience with process automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Familiarity with Azure services and tooling such as Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), and related services.

• Strong programming experience with languages such as Java, TypeScript, and Python.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or PowerShell.

• Experience developing and supporting microservices architectures.

• Understanding of cloud networking concepts and security best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and work independently.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and support to other teams.

• Experience working in agile environments.

• An Azure Associate-level certification or higher is preferred.
