Why This Role Matters

As part of the Regional team, you will help drive supply chain and eCommerce excellence across multiple Business Units through data, insights and technology. By transforming supply chain performance into actionable business improvements, you will support a seamless O+O (Offline + Online) customer experience and contribute to putting a smile on customers' faces. This role plays an important part in enabling smarter decisions, operational efficiency and sustainable business growth through a scientific and data-driven approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs to identify opportunities for operational and business improvements.
  • Enhance and maintain data models, reports, dashboards and performance tracking tools.
  • Develop and optimise BI solutions and data visualisations to generate actionable insights.
  • Partner with Business Units and cross-functional teams to drive supply chain and eCommerce initiatives through collaboration.
  • Conduct market, industry, customer and competitor research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Support regional supply chain, operations and eCommerce projects within the Group's O+O business model.
  • Provide recommendations and follow-up actions based on data analysis and business performance findings.
  • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics or business operations with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain performance analysis and KPI monitoring.
  • Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations and improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a scientific and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and markets.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently while driving results.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
