Job Title: Data& Integration Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Data& Integration Engineer to join our Delivery Team and support the onboarding of new customers for a new product application. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable delivery of application data flows and integrations across multiple environments, working closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, and domain teams.
The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of data integration architectures, and hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and databases.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery, Integration & Deployment Support
- Take ownership of data and integration delivery for new product applications and customer onboardings.
- Support application deployments and integrations across multiple layers, including databases, services, configurations, and external systems.
Complex Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate and resolve complex deployment and integration issues.
- Perform root cause analysis across databases, services, configurations, and external integrations.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, QA, support teams, and Domain System Engineers.
- Coordinate deployment activities and ensure all system dependencies are aligned.
- Act as a technical bridge between teams during delivery and issue resolution.
Data Integration & Architecture Understanding
- Understand how application data flows between systems.
- Work with database structures, integration points, and inter‑system dependencies.
- Identify data‑related or integration risks that may impact delivery or customer onboarding.
Environment & Configuration Management
- Support deployments across multiple environments: Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Understand how environment‑specific configurations affect integrations, data synchronization, and application behaviour.
- Ensure configuration consistency and readiness before releases.
Monitoring, Logging & Issue Resolution
- Analyse system logs, integration logs, and database activity.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during and after deployments.
- Support post‑deployment stability and incident resolution.
Documentation & Communication
- Document deployment procedures, integration configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation to enable repeatable and reliable deliveries.
- Communicate technical issues, risks, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in application delivery, integration engineering, deployment support, or DevOps‑related roles.
- Solid understanding of data integration architectures and system dependencies.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- AWS Cloud Services
- Azure Cloud Services
- CI/CD pipelines (DevOps)
- PostgreSQL databases
- GitHub for source control and collaboration
- Ability to analyse logs, database activity, and system metrics for troubleshooting.
Environment & Delivery Experience
- Experience working across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Understanding of configuration management and environment‑specific behaviours.
- Experience supporting production or customer‑facing systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional and distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience onboarding new customers or supporting new product launches.
- Familiarity with automated deployment and release processes.
- Experience working in large‑scale or enterprise environments.

Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
