Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of professional experience to join our team and work in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and Angular, a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.

What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain Full Stack applications using Java and Angular.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch and Spring MVC.

• Build modern and responsive frontend applications using Angular 2+.

• Work with application servers such as JBoss and Tomcat.

• Develop and maintain automated unit tests using JUnit, Mockito or other testing frameworks.

• Participate actively in Code Reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to development best practices.

• Work with relational databases, particularly Oracle.

• Apply software design patterns and contribute to scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Participate in continuous integration processes and contribute to improving development workflows.

• Use AI coding assistants to support development activities and improve productivity.

• Collaborate with team members within an Agile environment, using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Support and mentor less experienced developers, sharing knowledge and promoting good practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and solutions.

What you need to bring

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

• Solid experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch and Spring MVC.

• Strong experience with Angular 2+.

• Good knowledge of Maven, JBoss and Tomcat.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

• Experience using AI coding assistants.

• Good understanding of Software Design Patterns and software engineering best practices.

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) principles and related tools.

• Experience working with relational databases, particularly Oracle.

• Knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (French is a plus).

• Strong autonomy, organizational and prioritization skills.

• Proactive attitude, innovative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Ability to take initiative, promote best practices and mentor less experienced team members.
