The Apps team is in search of a high-energy and ambitious Engineering Project Manager. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering new features for some of Apple’s most popular applications. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and is committed to shipping awesome products. This role requires balancing a wide variety of deliverables that will rely on your talent for social engineering, managing priorities, and communicating progress.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle. Project management experience focused on the development of enterprise applications. Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience. Genuine enthusiasm for technical challenges and a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across diverse teams to navigate delivery dependencies. Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex environments; adept at deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to solutions. Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience at the right time. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements, multiple concurrent programs, and fast-moving technology landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience. PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credential. Experience working within large-scale, ecosystem-level software environments.
