Position Summary:
Support global standardization and continuous improvement of integrated sales & marketing processes to increase sales force effectiveness.
Essential Functions:
Provide accurate, timely, and consistent sales reporting to support faster and better sales leadership decision-making
Improve data quality, governance, and system integrity to reduce manual effort, reporting risks, and data inconsistencies
Actively leverage AI and advanced tools to improve reporting efficiency
Generate Global Sales Discipline scorecards. Create metrics and dashboards to track the data quality and adaption of SF system from different perspective down to individual level
Drive sales commission end to end process to drive pay for performance execution
Drive global customer NPS data collection and analysis with advanced tools
Support SBS and excellence initiatives across global sales team
Support Nexus program by ensuring reliable sales data, reporting readiness, and effective business support during the ERP transition, and master data management after its launch
Other ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree preferred in Economics, Math, Statistics or other related major
8+ years in analytical field in multinational company
Detailed oriented and analytical skills Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self-initiated and be able to work independently
Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerBI, database program knowledge and relevant AI tools
