MAIN OBJECTIVE – JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking a dynamic individual with sharp analytical skills and collaborative attitude. He / she will focus on executing retail performance analysis reporting and will closely collaborate with retail managers to drive meaningful improvements in our stores’ performances. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the world of luxury retail at 360°, working alongside key stakeholders across various functions and regions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Data analysis and communication – Analyze store performances in terms of sales, sales KPIs, productivity and profitability

- Cross-team collaboration for improvement initiatives – Collaborate with various teams (e.g., regional Retail Directors, retail Area Managers, Real estate, product/buying, HR, etc.) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to identify new commercial initiatives and drive performance improvements
- Target setting – Support in setting performance goals for the teams in store
- Data accuracy – Ensure the accuracy and consistency of performance reports and contribute to their improvement
KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail; strong precision in working with data is required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Curiosity, Eagerness to learn, proactivity. Capability to adapt to different tasks, different partners and work cross functionally
- Ability to propose new solutions, and proactively seek improvement in company processes
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and ability to connect and interact with a diverse, international team
- Interest in the retail or fashion industry is considered a plus
- Knowledge of BI (e.g. Microstrategy) systems is considered a plus
For this role, we offer a remboursment of expenses of €900,00 gross/month
