Job Description

Are you looking for a new challenge where you can act as the bridge between business and technology, contributing to impactful transformation projects? We are looking for a Business Analyst (French Speaker) with solid experience in requirements gathering and analysis, strong communication skills, and the autonomy to thrive in Agile and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Produce functional and technical specifications, user stories, and related documentation.
• Support story mapping activities, acceptance criteria definition, and requirements validation.
• Create and execute test documentation to ensure solution quality.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Participate in application configuration and parameterization activities according to business needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within Agile environments.
• Support data analysis and validation activities through SQL queries.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent in French (C1) with a good command of English (B2/C1).
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping, and test documentation.
• Experience producing both functional and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries, database structures, and data models.
• Solid understanding of technical architectures and system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with application parameterization and configuration.
• Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus.
