Market.
At Enthuse, we’re on a mission to transform digital fundraising by building the
technology that empowers great causes. Our donations, event registration, and
fundraising platform helps thousands of charities raise millions.
Launched in 2012, we’ve come a long way — we’ve grown the team to over 70 people
and now serve thousands of charities. Enthuse is headquartered in London, with
operations in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. What's more,
Enthuse is the official online fundraising partner for London Marathon Events and Great
Run.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll drive how we bring new products and
features to market, ensuring every launch is clearly positioned, compellingly
communicated, and delivers real impact for customers and growth for Enthuse.
How you’ll contribute
Product marketing content
● Own all product marketing material creation from competitor overviews, to
product marketing slides, website content, social activation, product demos and
more.
● Create personas for different audiences based on market research and data.
● Create message houses for product launches to ensure messaging is consistent,
communicates our USPs and appeals to our target audience.
● Present collateral to the sales team and be on hand to answer any questions.
Work with the Product Director to deliver training on new product launches for the
sales team.
● Coordinate with the content team to deliver customer references - from beta
launch testimonials to full video case studies.
● Pay high attention to detail and work with the content team to create compelling
and persuasive content
Collaboration with other team members
● Play a key role in product marketing cross-functional squads. Collaborate with
other senior team members and make other teams accountable for getting the
launch done on time, on budget and to a high standard.
● Coordinate with teams to set the timeline for product launches and work closely
with the marketing teams to ensure a clear roll out plan to customers, as well as
paid media plan and organic activation is planned and revenue targets are hit.
● Collaborate closely with the product team to identify detailed features of products
and understand the customer benefits.
● Collaborate closely with the senior team to create pricing strategies.
Conduct data analysis and research
● Look at revenue from existing customers and calculate how to make our products
sticky and help drive adoption across multiple solutions.
● Monitor results of product launches and provide executive reports on lessons
learned.
● Assist the leadership team with research into new product strategies and areas of
growth to expand our total addressable market.

● Experience collaborating with senior members of staff.
● Experience in creating user personas and understanding the requirements of
creating them.
● An ability to produce actionable insights from data.

but will likely be curious and a self-starter.

incentives, and a variety of company socials
