Graphic Designer + Digital Creative (Full-Time/In-person Role)
Full-Time | In-Person | Knoxville, Tennessee
We’re looking for a graphic designer who is more than just a graphic designer.
We want a creative thinker who loves bringing ideas to life, notices what’s happening in design and culture, and gets genuinely excited about trying something new.
Graphic design today goes far beyond print. It lives across social media, digital campaigns, websites, video, events, presentations, brand experiences, and now AI. We’re looking for someone who understands that shift and wants to keep growing right along with it.
This is a full-time, in-person position in Knoxville, Tennessee, working alongside our creative and marketing team.
What You’ll Do
• Design for social media, digital, print, campaigns, events, presentations, and more
• Develop creative concepts and take ideas from concept to completion
• Work within an established brand while keeping the creative fresh and relevant
• Create content specifically with social media and digital platforms in mind
• Design logos, marketing materials, digital assets, and special projects
• Explore new creative programs, AI tools, trends, and technology
• Collaborate with a team while also taking ownership of projects and running with ideas
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of professional graphic design or creative experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
• A great eye for typography, layout, branding, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both digital and print
• An understanding of social media and how design translates across different platforms
• Curiosity about AI, emerging technology, and new creative tools
• The ability to work within brand standards without making everything feel the same
• Someone collaborative, adaptable, organized, and comfortable receiving feedback
• Most importantly, someone who brings ideas to the table and loves creating
You Might Be Our Person If...
You save ads because you love the design.
You notice when a company changes its branding.
You have opinions about fonts.
You see a great campaign and immediately want to know how they made it.
And you’re usually the person saying, “Wait, I have an idea.”
How to Apply
Keep it simple. Send us:
• Your résumé
• Your portfolio showing the work that best represents you
• A project you’re especially proud of and a quick note about why
• A brand you think is doing amazing creative work right now and what you love about it
We’re looking for a designer, but even more than that, we’re looking for a creative person who wants to help us build what’s next.
