The Role
Our Business Analytics team is growing! We’re looking for a Graduate / Junior Business Analyst to join our team in London.
In this role you will help turn our Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers, building reporting and analysis that the business actually makes decisions on, and learning to do it AI-natively from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, shape and interrogate data with SQL to answer questions from across the teams
- Build and evolve reporting and dashboards that people rely on, keeping them accurate and easy to read
- Turn raw numbers into clear findings, and explain them simply to people who are not analysts
- Use AI tools to work faster and smarter, from writing queries and creating dashboards to summarising results
- Take on analysis independently as you grow, owning pieces of work end to end
About You
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning, you enjoy getting to the answer behind the numbers
- Some hands-on exposure to SQL, or a fast learner keen to become fluent quickly
- Confident in spreadsheets and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Genuinely AI-native and curious, you reach for AI tools to move faster and keep learning - experienced in AI (LLM) tools
- You explain your thinking clearly, in writing and out loud
- You thrive when working as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills
- Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!
