Requirements

Candidates must have proven business analysis experience within a consultancy or services provider, including expertise in agile delivery and application modernisation. Strong skills in producing business requirements documentation and communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.

Job Description

  • You will help define and deliver a series of key projects with the team, working with Version 1's clients.
  • End-to-end project involvement from facilitating workshops through to design and delivery phases.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
  • Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
  • Manage stakeholders across all levels, from C-suite stakeholders through to developers, both internally and with clients.
  • Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure solutions are ready for release.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy or Services Provider.
  • Proven experience producing Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping and associated documentation.
  • Agile delivery experience within an Agile delivery team.
  • Digital or Application Modernisation project experience.
  • Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents produced by peers to ensure alignment with Business Requirements Specification documents.
  • Experience defining and designing business solutions on projects of varying scale.
  • Understanding of technology and IT systems.
  • Ability to plan and schedule work effectively and work to agreed delivery timelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex processes and concepts clearly.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience across both large-scale transformation projects and smaller initiatives.
  • Additional project management experience supporting business analysis activities.
