Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Python, combined with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications while integrating AI-powered capabilities such as LLMs, intelligent automation, chatbot solutions, and AI-driven analytics.

This role requires a blend of modern software engineering practices, cloud-native development, and AI implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js with Python coding as mandate.

• Develop reusable UI components and front-end architecture.

• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

AI & Generative AI Development

• Design and implement AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Build and integrate conversational AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and chatbots.

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.

• Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance.

• Integrate AI services using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.

• Develop AI workflows for document processing, knowledge search, summarization, and automation.

• Implement responsible AI practices, model governance, and AI security controls.

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS.

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Copilot technologies.

• Exposure to machine learning lifecycle and MLOps concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in managing large datasets and integrating various data sources.

• Acquaintance with DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
