Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle for architectural projects, from schematic design through construction administration
- Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project goals align with client vision and expectations
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Oversee preparation and review of construction documents, permits, and regulatory submissions
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Mentor junior project staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in architectural project management
- Licensure as a Registered Architect (AIA membership a plus) preferred
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Florida
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Deltek or Procore
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under deadline pressure
